EXHIBITION

The Prague Congress Center offers perfect conditions for the exhibitors. All booths will be located in the Congress Foyer
in the immediate vicinity of all the meeting rooms, the poster session hall and catering areas.

EXHIBITION SPACE RENTAL

13 500 CZK / € 500 excl. VAT / m2

The minimum purchase available is 4 m2 (2x2 m).
Journals, publishers, booksellers and non-profit organizations will be charged a reduced rate. Please contact the Organizing Secretariat for further information.

EXHIBITOR BADGES
Exhibitor badges will grant access to the exhibition and catering area, but not to the scientific sessions. They must be worm for the whole period of the congress.
Exhibiting companies will receive badges according to the size of their rented exhibition space.
  • Minimum exhibition space of 4 m2 – 2 exhibitor badges
  • Every additional 4 m2 – 1 extra exhibitor badge
  • Exhibitor badges exceeding the above mentioned quota can be purchased for 8 100 CZK / € 300 (excl. VAT)

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Rental of the exhibition space includes:

The congress bags will be distributed to all congress participants upon registration. The sponsoring company’s logo (or name) will appear on the bags. Its design has to be approved by the Organizing Committee of the congress. The sponsor has the right to approve the final appearance of the bags before production.

Company flyers will be inserted into the congress bags and distributed to all participants of the congress. The flyers have to be approved by the Organizing Committee.
